Website Redesign • Brand Refresh • B2B • Conversion-Focused

Strategy Playbook had an issue with users not fully grasping what they offered. The site had a lot of random stock imagery, and verbiage that was vague and unconvincing. It was also a one page site with their nav linking to anchor links instead of dedicated pages. The goal was to improve the users understanding of what the strategy playbook had to offer them and implement stronger call to actions.
B2B consulting platforms live or die by trust signals. The previous site's design didn't convey the depth and credibility of The Strategy Playbook's offering. Visitors were arriving and leaving without converting, not because the product wasn't strong — but because the site didn't make the case effectively.

The brand needed a little focus. I rounded out the color palette to add more contrast between sections and help with overall user-flow. The dark color helped to pull users further down the page.

The redesign mapped the visitor journey from first impression to conversion action, identifying where trust needed to be established and where friction was causing drop-off. Every section of every page was evaluated against one question: does this help the right visitor take the next step?
The Strategy Playbook launched with a redesigned site that matched the quality of the product it represented and gave B2B visitors a clear, credible path to becoming customers.
