We needed to first adjust their palettes lightly for ADA Compliance and then develop out the rest of their brand. Their overall brand needed to speak to their hands on approach to helping patients with a wide variety of neurological disorders. The first part of the web development was getting the information out there about their practice, their clinicians, and the lead generation form. The second part, was providing educational resources as well as product suggestions that could help patients with their at-home therapies and help them better understand their conditions.
Neurological rehabilitation is a high-stakes, high-trust category. Patients are often navigating difficult diagnoses and need a site that feels safe and supportive — not clinical and cold. At the same time, the site needed to be professionally credible for providers who might refer patients. Both audiences needed to feel spoken to.
The design strategy centered on a dual-audience structure: patient-facing content that was warm and accessible at the front, with provider-facing credentials and clinical detail available for those who needed it. The navigation and content hierarchy was designed so neither audience had to search for what they needed.
The visual design was calming and professional — a palette and typography system that conveyed care without feeling institutional. The site was built to be accessible and optimized for mobile, where many patients and caregivers do their initial research.
Restore Neuro Rehab launched with a website that served both its patient and provider audiences — warm enough for someone navigating a difficult diagnosis, credible enough for a referring physician evaluating the practice.
If you know what you want but don't know how to get there, Abbi will make it a reality. She anticipated our needs and explained the nuances of building a strong user experience.
